Mission Statement

At Yellow Tulip Academy, we are devoted and passionate about providing exceptional education and a loving environment that encourages your child to reach developmental milestones and his/her achievements!  Our focus and the top priority is on the needs of the individual child by providing a stimulating atmosphere for learning and a secure, loving environment, with an emphasis on physical, social, emotional, and intellectual development. We believe that a childcare facility should be an extension of each child's family. Our teachers and parents are encouraged to work together to provide the love and support needed for your child to achieve their goals.  At Yellow Tulip Academy, we cherish every child in our care. Consider the academy your child’s kiddy haven because we know it may take several weeks to transition for the child and the parents. We assign a caregiver to work with your child to make it easier for the child and parents. Indeed, it is incredible to watch them grow into little people able to learn in a safe and loving environment we provide.

Our Philosophy

Yellow Tulip Academy's mission is to maximize each child's potential. Each child is different. We believe that a child needs to be loved and respected to become a responsible and successful adult. We provide an inspirational and challenging student-centered education experience so our children can grow to become strong adults both physically and emotionally. ​

Yellow Tulip Academy strive to give our parents the peace of mind when their children are learning and having fun with us. We offer a number of ways to keep parents connected to their child throughout the day, such as secure video streaming with two cameras in each room, and an app to directly message classroom teachers and receive photo updates. This enables parents to follow their children's everyday learning at home, maximizing the benefits.

Nothing but the best for our children! Healthy eating is a habit we form at an early age. At Yellow Tulip Academy, we cook healthy organic food right here at our school and is served family-style. Watching our children eat healthy breakfast, lunch, and two snacks is one of our favorite moments of the day.

Health & Safety

Our children's health and safety is our utmost priority. Due to COVID-19 concerns, we have implemented following procedures which will be in place until further notice.

• Hospital grade fumigation machine disinfects the entire school every night

• All tours of the centers are suspended

• No visitors are allowed in the center

• All drop-off and pick-up will be done at the lobby

• When staff and children arrive, they immediately have their temperature checked and hands are washed before entering classroom.

• Our professional cleaning crew is doing preventative disinfecting and cleaning the center every nigh using hospital-grade products.

• Increased frequency of disinfecting of all surfaces, toys, and linens.

• Staff is following hand washing procedures in the classrooms and providing closer supervision for the children that wash their hands on their own.

• No more than 12 people in a group including staff members are allowed in one room. Groups are broken into smaller groups to encourage social distancing.
